We, vinacomin-Mining Chemical Industry Ltd.Co, are needing permitted explosives for use in the underground coalmine where methane gas or coal dust exists. We wish to extend our present range of products and should be glad if any manufacturers or distrubutors could offer us the above goods with specifications and testing method as follows:

  1. Cartridge Diameter & Weight: 36 mm ´ 200 gms (or 32 mm ´ 200 gms).
  2. Density (: 1.0 – 1.2.
  3. Testing in environment of concentration of methane to 8 – 10%

-         Testing sample: 600gms per testing time.

-         Times of test: 10 times in succession.

-         Testing temperature: 0 – 30oC.

-         Initiated by electric permitted detonator that is  directed towards the bore-bottom (this is said to be a regular priming)

-         Stemming materials : none

-         Ten times of tests shall not ignite.

  1. Testing Equipments:

-         Mortar shall be 1500 mm in length, and of which centered charging hole shall be  55 mm in diameter and 1200 mm in length. The mortar shall be closedly attached to the Methane Test Tunnel.

-         Methane Test Tunnel consists of two parts with their respective dimensions as D1520 ´ L3670 mm and D1920 ´ L1970 mm.

VINACOMIN - Mining Chemical Industry Company Ltd will open bidding according to  the Bid Law for contract package to select a supplier of " Mobile Emulsion Explosive Mixing – Charging truck" for  Project of Bulk Emulsion Explosive Processing Research for open-cast mine", using scientific research capital resource of Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industry Group.

The form of bidding: domestical and international bidding.
